Very nice case but it was not MagSafe which I needed. Tried to return it and there were no refunds - only in store credit which I did not want and the company would be holding my money for a length of time I did not see reasonable. I had not used the case after I saw it was not MagSafe. Unfortunately, I did not realize that until I received. Will not order from these people again. I kept the case since I refuse to return it as an in store credit.

The window on the id slot is not big enough for drivers license or pic is.

It certainly looks high quality. Strong magnet holds phone in case well , but also comes out easily when needed. Wish I could have rated it 5, but I feel leather should have been treated in some way. Within 1st week there were stains on phone portion from my fingers. Looks stained and gross. Disappointed with what I paid.

The products we received were great. I had originally ordered it for Mother's Day and left 1 week for delivery; It took two weeks. Hence the 3-star rating.

Shipping process was a nightmare and it took twice as long as was estimated... but I get it though, COVID sucks for shipping. What makes me mad is that I had to personally go pick it up from Canada post and pay an additional $20 on top of this overpriced case to get it. This was due to an error on enpholds end in writing my address down wrong.. how the heck does that even happen. The product itself is not worth the money. The magnet (probably cuz of card issues) isn’t very strong and the glass protector you can buy is absolute garbage. I love the idea and concept... the price and shipping vs quality need some work.

The case fit my iPhone 12 fine but the leather case has worn already and severely discolored within two weeks of purchase Given the price, the product has been very disappointing. I am seeking a new product or refund from Euphor

The color and quality of the material is awesome...a couple of things that would change. The magnet of the phone holder is marginal at best...if you open the folder to retrieve a card...the phone will fall off the holder... The magnet that holds the case closed does not hold very well. Lastly, I know it will stretch, but closing the folder with minimal cards in the slot keep the case from closing and the magnet will not hold it closed.

Hi Darren, Thanks for your review and what your experience has been with your wallet case. We really do take these things into account. As mentioned in our replies to other reviewers, we're actually working on a revamped version of the Folio that will be out later this year, and all the feedback we get is taken into consideration for the upcoming design. One of the new features will include a more powerful magnet system to hold the case and the card holder portion together much better. We're excited to share more about this in the coming months so stay tuned! - Enphold

Like this Iphone 12 Pro max case. However, I previously had a leather case for my Iphone X (which is smaller), that had more card slots and folded easier than this case. Leather is not as soft and pliable. Not able to put all the cards I want in this case, or put that many folded bills. Still a nice case though.

Hi Wanda, Thanks very much for the feedback. Over time, the leather will stretch and become more pliable. As the case gets more and more use, you'll notice it will be more how you would like it (based on your description). Regardless, we're glad you're enjoying the case. - Enphold
