I am a solar installer and system owner…
I am a solar installer and system owner seeking support for an Enphase installation.
Installation ID: 5337762
Gateway: 122307045149
Support Tickets: 19946292 and 19992599
Since April 14, 2026, 9 out of 15 microinverters have stopped producing energy.
I provided Enphase with:
* Complete system layout;
* Phase distribution information;
* Voltage measurements showing 224V at affected locations;
* Photos and technical documentation;
* Detailed troubleshooting information.
The only explanation received was a generic statement claiming an "electrical problem," with no technical report, no root cause analysis, no diagnostic procedure, and no guidance regarding warranty evaluation.
The system has microinverters operating normally on the same phases where other units remain offline, making the explanation insufficient.
Weeks have passed without a meaningful technical response or resolution.
I am requesting:
* A detailed technical analysis;
* Identification of the root cause;
* Recommended corrective actions;
* Warranty evaluation if applicable;
* A clear timeline for resolution.
This review is being posted because repeated attempts to obtain technical support have not resulted in a satisfactory response.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially given the time you have already invested in troubleshooting the issue.
Based on our review of the site regarding the microinverters that stopped reporting, several possible causes are being considered, including wiring or connection issues, breaker-related issues, grid conditions, communication problems, environmental factors, or potential hardware failure. However, the information currently available is not sufficient to determine the root cause or make a warranty replacement determination.
Our Technical Support team has already requested additional diagnostic information via email under Case 19947783. Please review the email sent by our support team and reply with the requested details. Once we receive and review the information, we will be able to continue the analysis, identify the cause of the issue, and provide the appropriate next steps to help resolve it.
You may also reach out to Enphase Energy Support at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you

Less than poor technical support
System was installed over 10 years ago and has worked well. Received email that system was not reporting to Enphase. Called tech support who asked for our account number which I provided. In about a minute person said our Envoy was bad and they could schedule a replacement for $900. I checked our PG&E meter and still putting power out. Person did not ask if Envoy had power or if internet was working. I said no thanks and checked myself. Turned out one of the power line internet interfaces failed. Purchased a new set for $59.95, installed, and system is reporting as I checked my account on line. I am still getting emails saying system is off line and they can offer a "deal" for $999. I really like the Enphase micro inverters but Enphase support "sucks".

Q-gateway, 4 IQ inverters and NO controle
I have a Q-gateway and 4 IQ inverters connected to it. I just want to be able to switch-off the inverters in case of (severe) negative power prices, as I have a dynamic contract. As a 'user' I cannot do this at all. As a 'home installer' you can see the inverter on/off button in the enlighten manager, but you can't push it (its grayed out). Pushing the inverters on/off button can only be done by an 'installer' account. So you buy expensive equipment and you cannot control the devices by yourself. There is also a ModBus TCP connection available on the gateway, but it is switched-off by default. Even my installer did not manage to get it switched-on by the service desk. Why? What are you hiding? What are you scared of? If I would have known in advance that I cannot control my own devices, then I would have asked my installer to install something from a different company. I don't even want to know how shitty this company will react when something is broken and I want a RMA.

My system was installed in March 2023
My system was installed in March 2023. It has gone offline several times.
In April 2026 it went offline and did not retain any of the data. Lost an entire week of data. Contacted Enphase, was told they found a fault with the controller and it had been fixed and this problem would never occur again.
May 2026 it has gone offline 3 times this month. Each time contacted Enphase same story as before found a fault in the controller and has been corrected. BS!
This unit is still under warranty and they will not send a replacement. Customer service stinks.
Would look at another company's product before using
Enphase.

Response from Enphase EnergyMay 28, 2026
