I cannot recommend Enphase highly enough. Communication before & throughout was excellent. Installation was really well organised & went very smoothly. The team were really efficient & friendly. They worked hard to get the job done & were really tidy too. When all was set up a very good clear in depth explanation of the system was given It's amazing & we're delighted. Thank you.

Habe zwei Anlagen jetzt selbst aufgebaut und die funktionieren fast auf Anhieb. Der Stromertrag ist mit den Micro WR im Teilschatten-Aufbau unübertoffen. Der Support allerdings noch ausbaufähig, halt AMI.

Due to installation and connection issues with our photovoltaic panels, the installer sought support from Enphase Energy and appointed Mr. Maxime Rebours. We sincerely thank him for resolving all our problems, which had persisted for six months with the installer. Maxime was very efficient and professional, and we are greatly relieved to have dealt with him.

Wir haben uns im Juli 2023 für eine Enphase Anlage entschieden und produzieren seit dem 30.08.2023 Strom. Zwischen Auftragsvergabe und Fertigstellung waren es keine 6 Wochen! Ja, eine Enphase Anlage ist etwas teurer in der Anschaffung, im direkten Vergleich mit meinem Nachbarn ( eine String-Anlage ) aber deutlich effektiver in der Stromernte. Von mir ein AAA +++ an Enphase und die Solateure aus Lüneburg.

installé depuis depuis 4mois, Satisfaction total, plus de 80% d'économie .... super produit, fonctionne très bien, ( installé en tryphasé une 3t par phase ) je ne peut que Recommander .!?

Wenn der Komplettanbieter versagt und/oder das Installateurunternehmen keine Ahnung hat, kann der Hersteller der Wechselrichter und des Speichersystems nichts dafür. Bei Problemen würde ich einfach die Hotline von ENPHASE anrufen, das sind wirklich engagierte Leute, die viele Fehler ausbügeln können, die bei der Installation gemacht wurden. Falsche Aufzeichnung: sind alle Phasen überall gleich? sind alle CTs richtig herum installiert? Hat der Installateur das 3-Phasige System wirklich softwareseitig 3-Phasig konfiguriert? Speicherfehler: ist das Relais bei einem oder zwei Speichern auf eine oder zwei Phasen "programmiert"? Test Knopf gedrückt halten und die leeren Phasen deaktivieren. Oder einfach die Hotline anrufen. Bin 100%ig zufrieden und werde meine ENPHASE Anlage weiter ausbauen!
