Enphase provides excellent service. If they notice a problem, they notify you immediately and arrange a prompt solution. I have micro inverters from 2017, no issues. A battery wall from 2022, one cell needed a firmware update pushed to it once. I got a portable power pack this year. I found out that it was discharging faster than expected when they called me to fix it. I had not even noticed anything. Everyone was great and they came to fix it right away.

Installer arrived on time. Started working immediately. Knew exactly what to do. Did an excellent job and left the site clean.

J'ai fait une installation de 8 panneaux et je vais en rajouter 8, pour le moment je n'ai strictement rien à dire sur la qualité des produits enphase, je suis justement entrain de faire une vidéo sur le montage de panneaux et sur le système complet qui sera diffusé sur des plates-formes comme you tube pour expliquer toutes les étapes ainsi que tout le materiel que j'ai acheté pour pouvoir réaliser un montage de soi-même. Je voudrais féliciter le sav de enphase qui m'a guidé sur des points un peu flou, j'ai appelé à 3 reprises et toutes les personnes ont été très gentilles, et compétentes. Donc oui je recommande à 1000% enphase.

Le suivi de ma production photovoltaïque est opérationnel au second jour d'installation. L'instabilité de la liaison CPL a été résolue en supprimant une multiprise malencontreuse. Depuis approximativement deux ans plus d'interruption dans la liaison. Le service Enphase est très réactif aux sollicitations et propose toujours des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés.

When my power went out, I was an hour away at work. I had set my battery to save $$ so it only had a 30% charge. I knew it would not last until I got home. When I did get home, the power was still out, and my battery had shut itself down (which was good!) I was pleased that my home was actually comfortable - for as long as the battery had worked, it had apparently kept the emergency window a/c in my bedroom working. I called Enphase because I was uncertain what I should do with my battery when the power came back on (which it did a several hours later). The tech/support person told me clearly how to set my battery to the "charge from grid mode" once the power came back so it would begin charging as soon as the power came back. He also advised that I should put my battery in full backup mode since we are in a season where severe storms (not to mention hurricanes) could bring down the local power. I had "storm guard" enabled before this storm hit, but the thunderstorm which took out the power had popped up so quickly that no official alert had been sent out. So now, yes, I have my battery set for 100% where it will remain until hurricane season ends - and I know exactly what to do if/when my battery gets depleted due to an outage. Great service, as always - I recommend Enphase to any who will listen because of the quality of your products and the knowledge and helpfulness of your techs!

Ik heb onlangs contact gehad met Enphase over twee verschillende technische zaken. 1. Mijn internet modem was vervangen en daardoor ontstond een nieuw netwerk voor de Wifi. De communicatie met Enlighten was verbroken. Goede instructie van Enphase Support heeft het probleem opgelost. 2. Toepassing van een thuisbatterij op 01-01-2027 riep vragen op die allemaal naar tevredenheid door Enphase zijn beantwoord. Goede Support
