While I would love to give a 5 star
While I would love to give a 5 star, I just can't. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and knowledgeable however the onboarding was not a good experience. It took months with issues on both sides theirs and mine. It was not mentioned up front of the fees I would need to pay to become a partner. I was only told last week and now I was told today that I need to pay even more to become verified. Today I was in the training and it was a great session and the instructor is very nice and seemed to know what he was doing; however, very hard to understand. The generalization of the training I felt was worth the $30.00.

Hi RmErvin, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We truly appreciate your kind words about our team and the training session. We understand that the onboarding process felt lengthy, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused along the way. Regarding the training, we keep it at a minimal cost of $30 because many new notaries often face challenges as they get started, and we want to make sure they have access to helpful guidance without it being a financial burden. Your feedback about the clarity of instruction is also noted, and we will work on improving the delivery so it’s easier for everyone to follow along. Since our support team is continuously coordinating and working to make this process possible, we are confident that your experience will keep improving as you move forward. We value your partnership and are committed to making your journey with us smoother. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any additional support, we’re here to help. Warm Regards, eNotary On Call Team
