I must be one of the few who didnt have a smooth transaction.
I must be one of the few who didn’t like the process because it was not very smooth. It took nearly 1.5 hours to complete the process and that is unacceptable when the process takes only a few minutes in person. Understanding that online might take longer, it took many attempts to upload my ID, and finally opted to take a picture and send it via email to myself to upload. In that time I received a call from someone who did not speak very clear English which raised a flag with me because of all the scams out there. At least have someone who lives in the US call who speaks and understands fluent English. Then once we finally cleared that hurdle it took another 20 or so minutes once the notary came online. I will never use the service again and the only reason I did was because of the urgency. I don’t believe the positive reviews. I was told 10 minutes and we would be done. BS.

Hi Mark, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that the process felt longer than expected in your case, especially given the urgency of your need. The delay occurred because the ID image was blurry, which required additional verification steps and involvement from our technical experts. This is a very rare event, as most customers complete the process quickly with a clear ID upload. It’s important to note that our platform is the only one that provides dedicated customer support throughout the notarization process. We also offer multilingual support to ensure every customer’s needs are understood and addressed. While this sometimes means extra steps are taken to confirm security and accuracy, it is done to safeguard your documents and provide a reliable experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working on ways to make the process faster and smoother while maintaining the highest standards of security and service. Warm Regards, eNotary On Call Team
