Hi Mark, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that the process felt longer than expected in your case, especially given the urgency of your need. The delay occurred because the ID image was blurry, which required additional verification steps and involvement from our technical experts. This is a very rare event, as most customers complete the process quickly with a clear ID upload. It’s important to note that our platform is the only one that provides dedicated customer support throughout the notarization process. We also offer multilingual support to ensure every customer’s needs are understood and addressed. While this sometimes means extra steps are taken to confirm security and accuracy, it is done to safeguard your documents and provide a reliable experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working on ways to make the process faster and smoother while maintaining the highest standards of security and service. Warm Regards, eNotary On Call Team

Hi Krief, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand the process felt frustrating and took longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience in completing it. To clarify, the $5 identity verification charge per signer and co-signer is a KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication) fee charged by a third-party application, not by our platform directly. This step is required to ensure compliance and security during the notarization process. In rare cases, when the information uploaded is incomplete or repeated, the system requests re-verification, which can add extra time. We’re glad to hear that Valerie and Enrico were able to assist you and that your document was ultimately notarized successfully. Our team provides multilingual support to serve customers globally, but we also understand your concerns about clarity in communication and will continue improving in this area. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can refine the process and enhance transparency, and we’re committed to making the experience smoother for every customer moving forward. Warm Regards, The eNotary On Call team
