Cut off medication 2 months into a prepaid 6 month prescription took 3 months to get it figured out now I have to start all over again and only with 2 months of medication. Didn't help in anyway to make it right.

Hi Dave, We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had and truly understand how frustrating this must have been. After reviewing your case, we found that your subscription paused due to the required medical check-ins. To keep subscriptions active, we ask all patients to meet with one of our medical practitioners at least once every 90 days and to complete lab work every 6 months. We also recommend a follow-up visit after labs, even if your last appointment was within the 90-day window, to ensure treatment remains both safe and effective. We understand you were hoping for a higher dose; however, since you were off medication for almost three months, increasing your dosage right away wouldn’t be ideal and could lead to complications. Our priority is your safety and helping you restart your plan properly. A refund of $1,776 was already processed on September 30, and it should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days. We’re committed to improving our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. You should receive a refill every four weeks, but if you ever notice a delay or missed shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can take care of it right away. Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
