Hi Dave, We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had and truly understand how frustrating this must have been. After reviewing your case, we found that your subscription paused due to the required medical check-ins. To keep subscriptions active, we ask all patients to meet with one of our medical practitioners at least once every 90 days and to complete lab work every 6 months. We also recommend a follow-up visit after labs, even if your last appointment was within the 90-day window, to ensure treatment remains both safe and effective. We understand you were hoping for a higher dose; however, since you were off medication for almost three months, increasing your dosage right away wouldn’t be ideal and could lead to complications. Our priority is your safety and helping you restart your plan properly. A refund of $1,776 was already processed on September 30, and it should reflect in your account within 7–10 business days. We’re committed to improving our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. You should receive a refill every four weeks, but if you ever notice a delay or missed shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can take care of it right away. After labs are completed, we also recommend a follow-up visit—even if your last appointment was within 90 days—so we can review results and keep your treatment both safe and effective. Hi there! Thanks for reaching us with your concerns on the shipping and packaging of our pharmacy partners. Enahnce.MD works with many pharmacies to provide coverage across the United States. Our pharmacy determines the packaging and number of ice packs, but when we receive a complaint of this nature, we pass on this feedback to the pharmacy so we can improve the patient experience. We value feedback, however as the pharmacy determines the packaging, we can only make suggestions for improvement. If we receive enough feedback like yours, we can use these examples to motivate the pharmacy to change their packaging. Thanks for taking the time to write this, it helps a lot! In terms of the refund, we would like to set the record straight, as you originally paid a discounted rate for your medication using our summer discount code totaling, $279. We offered to send a replacement vial, despite our pharmacy reinforcing that the medication is stable at room temperature for several days. As you didn't feel comfortable receiving a replacement vial we provided a refund in full.

Hello Nicole, thanks for reaching out to us with your concerns. We have reviewed the interactions with our customer service team and they have followed all of the procedures to confirm your claim of insufficient medication. The reason we request a photo of your vial is not out of doubt for your claim, but so we can provide evidence to our partnered pharmacy that the incorrect dosage was sent. The photo of the vial you provided showed that there was in fact enough medication for your treatment. Despite this our team offered to check in mid-way through your treatment so we would have enough time to send an additional vial if required. If you are experiencing severe illness post treatment like you are mentioning here, we would recommend seeking immediate medical attention as soon as possible, your health is our priority. As a note, extreme reactions like you are describing are very uncommon, but when they do occur it is typically from taking a higher dose than is prescribed. This also would align with your belief that you weren't sent the correct dosage. Our practitioners are available to guide you on administering your first dose if you found the directions provided unclear to avoid an excessive dose. Your request for cancelation was received after our office closed for the day, and so your claim that you have requested a cancelation "all day" is misleading.
