Hi Bill. Thanks so much for your feedback. Please know that we take concerns of medication effectiveness and safety very seriously. Management is investigating your account with us so we can find a resolution. As we work with several partnered facilities it is important to communicate directly with us. That way we can set expectations with our partnered facilities. Shipments should arrive with sufficient ice packs so temperature damage to the medication is not a concern. I believe our team is actively working on reprocessing your order and should arrive soon. In the future, it would be great if you could take photos of your shipment and packaging as it arrives. We can use these to hold our partners accountable to our expectations.

But if there is ever a concern with the effectiveness of your mediation, you can reach our patient care team at 1-888-299-5088 rather than calling the pharmacy directly. We strive for a first contact resolution to your concern as well as affirming if your medication is both safe and effective to use based on your shipment. Our team will always work with you until you are satisfied with the result. Our customer service team will reach out as soon as possible.

Hi Linda. We are happy to have you with us for the last several months and value your feedback. If ever you believe that you have been sent less medication than what is written on your RX, please alert our team so we can communicate with the pharmacy on your behalf to send a top-up. In terms of the potency of our pharmacy's medication, every batch we send our patients is tested for safety and potency by a third party lab. If there was ever a batch that lacked potency, we would issue a recall and send fresh vials from a new batch, but this has never occurred with any of our partnered pharmacies. If you find yourself struggling to see results, our providers, nutritionists, and fitness experts can step in to perform a full review so we can make recommendations to keep you on track with your goal. It looks like you are choosing to go in another direction, and we are sorry to lose you. We will be happy to have you back if you change your mind.

Hi Diana, Thanks for the feedback on our process. We can assure you that none of our reviews are paid or fake. We value integrity at Enhance.MD and have earned all of our positive reviews. We checked your correspondence with our team and it looks like we did get back to you regarding your order. It is unusual for the medication to take more than 5 business days after your virtual visit. Our pharmacies don't ship on holidays also, winter storms that caused a service disruption with FedEx. Both of these factors impacted your order with us, please accept our sincere apologies about any delays to the start of your treatment. Thankfully we are back on track with your order and future orders will arrive as expected. Hi Tucson! Rest assured that we will be returning to our typical turnaround time on billing and shipping. Some orders were delayed by a service disruption at FedEx's distribution center in Memphis due to a winter storm. There was also a temporary backlog of orders at the pharmacy based on the holiday shutdown. Unfortunately it looks like your recent order was impacted by both of these factors. Hi Robyn, we greatly appreciate your feedback. We take all patient complaints seriously and will happily work with you on a resolution. In terms of timelines, our average turn-around from subscription start is 10-15 business days. To create a lab order, for you to complete labs, and schedule your virtual visit typically takes 3-5 business days depending on how quickly you can complete your bloodwork. After your virtual visit, our quoted delivery time is 5-10 business days. In this case, it looks like our carrier FedEx, failed in their promise to provide 2-day overnight shipping. Each pharmacy we partner with has guidelines on safe usage for the semaglutide we provide, once we confirm your pharmacy we will provide your pharmacy's guidelines on temperature safety. In most cases, our pharmacies supply semaglutide that is stable and still has maximum potency when reaching temperatures up to 105 degrees during transit for 5 days.
