I heard of the Energized Health program through a commercial featuring Wayne Allen Root on the Real Americas Voice network. I decided to do my due diligence and liked what I heard. Although I did balk at the price tag, I figured nothing was worth more than my health. I woke up one day at70 yrs old and 255 lbs and thought I really had to do something or I wouldn't be around long. I was also bone on bone on one knee and on high blood pressure medication. After going through the initial 2 week phase and then the 88 day protocol, the results are amazing. I lost a total of 52.4 lbs and 32.5 inches of FAT! The weekly calls from my coach and the daily videos from the Jubilee's were very inspirational. I'm off my medications, my knee is not 100%, but many times better than when I started and gets better every day. This is truly a total health transformation that is easy and anyone can do. I use to be very athletic and fit but then life got busy. I pushed my health to the side and have suffered from doing so. I was first introduced to Energized Health over a year ago and at first was skeptical. However. A year later I decided it was time to take charge and try it. I had tried other things but only to quit a few weeks later because it just wasn’t do-able but so figured it wouldn’t hurt to try Energized Health especially knowing it work for some friends. I am so thankful for being introduced to Energized Health by our friends Sylvester & Kimberly Narlock. John and Chelsea Jubilee thank you for creating a program to share with others that actually works. And a huge thank you to our dear friend and coach Kimberly. She was a great supporter and encourager. I am happy to say that since starting Energized Health I have gone from 3 to 2 BP medications and my BP is the lowest it has ever been in 15+ years. I still have some goals to meet but I know with Energized Health it will be possible.

Final Transformation Numbers. I just completed 102 days of drinking 10 16 oz waters a day, doing one hour of exercise each morning on a mini-trampoline, eating 5 meals of 300 calories or less. Overall my weight is down 38.4 lbs. My Body fat is down from 34.6 to 30.8.My body water has increased from 28.4 to 29.4 My body mass index went from 31.9 to 27.3 ?So my body water has increase 5.3 Pounds my BMI is down 4.6 Total Transformation is 43.7 Pounds Total Shapeshift -6.0 I suppose this is typical if you follow the routine which gets easier as the program progresses! I enjoy the daily videos which are made to help transformers face issues. I did prior reviews which others looked at. Each transformer receives links for Facebook, Linked In, Your E-Mail, &Twitter. I like the opportunity to share with others how this program actually works. The overall thing is you are regenerating your health through improving your bodies ability to exchange water, sodium & potassium & other vitamins & minerals at the cellular level. I am no longer diabetic. I have removed the following medications prescribed by my doctor In any event before this program my blood sugars were in the middle 200's & my A1-C was 900. I was at a wits end in how to get my numbers down like they used to be. Anyway The following meds are no longer taken or hreed times a day needed. Glipizide 10mgx2 Bid. Metformin 500mg T Acetaminophen 650Mg Tid. Omeprazole 20Mg once a day. Atorvastatin 40 MG once a day. Senna 8.6 mg one or two tablets each night. Tamsulosin .4 mg once each day. Loratadine 10Mg once each day. Empaglifozin 10mg once a day. I also have quit using the C-Pap which has a pressure setting of 13MGH. Overall I am feeling better as the pounds continue to fall off. My former coach Suzanne from Utah was super helpful with 1/2 hour phone calls each week to keep me on track. In any event I will continue to do this program & watch the scale drop. This program will challenge you to become a better person for the rest of your life. Well, my body went through alot of major changes. Energized Health broke through all of that & helped me see that I could improve my self for the better. I am on day 77 of 88. My weight is down from 215 to 180. I am drinking the water, eating the meals & exercising each day. Off all medications for over a month. I think the benefits of eating, drinking water, exercising, and sleeping are much better since starting this program. This is the only program that works from the many I have tried over the years.
