Program is too restrictive and expensive.
Husband has lost weight but the program is too restrictive and he can’t enjoy life. All the things he takes for the program nickel and dime him. There are other ways to lose weight, be healthy and enjoy life without all the monetary expense and computer time for coaching, etc. it’s a farce. Spends too much time drinking water, eating 5 meals a day, exercising for an hour ( which is fine) but takes away from time with family, etc, constantly having to find a bathroom. He’s too consumed and that’s all he thinks about. Drives us crazy. Positive is that he has lost 30 lbs. people need to know that it’s a huge commitment.

Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts. We appreciate hearing from loved ones, because when one person goes through a transformation, it impacts the whole household (sometimes in ways that feel challenging). First, we want to celebrate your husband’s progress. Losing 30 pounds is a major accomplishment. When you understand that this isn’t just weight loss, but fat loss, it is truly amazing! We’re grateful he trusted us with his health journey. It’s amazing that he’s experiencing such meaningful results. At the same time, we hear your frustration. A health transformation requires a significant commitment because it isn’t simply a diet that you do for a period of time. It’s a lifestyle change that carries on when the 88-days ends. It can be a big adjustment, especially at first. The structure around hydration, nourishing meals, and exercise is designed to help the body heal from the inside out, but it should never feel overwhelming or isolating for the family. As he reaches his goals and moves into the Lifestyle Phase, you will find it to be a more relaxed experience. Balance matters, and our coaches are always here to help clients find routines that support both their health and their home life. That support is available for a lifetime, so please reach out to [email protected] if we can help you find strategies that work for you. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Please know we’re cheering for your husband’s continued health, and we’re committed to helping him find long-term habits that bring joy, freedom, and greater quality of life for both of you.
