What a life changing experience this has been. We are in our 70s, and as full-time RVers we were wondering how long we would be able to enjoy our lifestyle. Extra weight and age was slowing us down. Now our plan is clear and we have such anticipation for Round 2. Our coach Alyssa has been there to help us start this transformation. No way to ever thank her enough. John & Chelsea gave us Gods precious promise of health and hope for our future as grandparents and parents in this time in our world that is so hard for so many. I will write the book someday, but tonite on day 88 we feel so grateful to Energized Health.

Have lost 57.6 pounds following the Energized Health program and feel fantastic that I have found the best weight loss and health improvement program available anywhere. What is great about this program is that it addresses the subject of cellular hydration, meaning once you have that your cells are more healthy than ever before and weight loss comes with health. I am happy that you get to make a commitment to yourself to follow through. The important part of the experience is the coach you get, shout outs to Alyssa for doing a great job who cares about you checking in weekly for the 102 days. You learn to eat better and you gain also muscle while you lose the fat and of course the important part is the cellular hydration. I used to have headaches and now I don’t have them anymore and have not taken an aspirin since before starting the program. My metabolic age also dropped down from 41 to 40. I feel healthier than ever and think this is a revolutionary program that can change anyone’s life and the support system helps you achieve the results you have always wanted. I love the weekly calls and the facebook community group that you can be a part of to ask questions and even post results and share with others. Keep it up John and Chelsea and the Great Team that is changing so many lives for the better. Let’s make being Healthy Great Again!

this is a get rich quick for this couple. Basically, if you up your hydration and you get off of processed foods you can do this on your own. 6K is what it'll cost you. And you have to watch the videos of this woman schooling you every day.

I am so pleased and happy that I found the Energized Health program. This program has given me control over my health and my weight that I could never find with any other program. I’ve always known that hydration was an important factor in my health, but I always felt that I was hydrated because I drank lots of water. Little did I know that I wasn’t even close to being at the hydration level that I should’ve been. I suffer from osteoarthritis and my joints were extremely painful, especially in my hands. The first week on this program my inflammation from arthritis has diminished. For the first time in my adult life, I was able to make a fist without any pain. I have no pain in any joint in my body and I’m thrilled to say that it is the most liberating feeling. I have tons of energy to do anything I want pain free. I was also diagnosed with high blood pressure, but I’ve been able to come off my blood pressure medicine. The Energized Health program is easy to follow and it is something that I will continue to follow the rest of my life. I’m 73 years old, and I want to remain healthy and off medication for as long as I can.

I believe God led me to this program. I have tried multiple things through my lifetime, I’m 73 to try to lose the extra weight and get my health issues under control. Some have worked for a little while, but were not sustainable, and the weight would come back on. This protocol is such that it is easy to stay on and gets your mindset to where it becomes a lifestyle, forming good lifetime habits. The science works, like nothing I have seen before. The support is phenomenal. Since being in the program, I have lost weight, gained hydration, have much more energy, and my labs are all in the normal range. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with health issues and stubborn body fat that refuses to leave. John and Chelsea are the best!

I started Energized Health in late Feb. ‘24. I was significantly fatigued, overweight, & stressed. My wife & I prayed about the decision to join & went “all in”. She has had an amazing transformation (over 35 lbs. of fat loss, significant energy increase, & vitality improvement in so many aspects) and I have as well (over 50 lbs. of fat loss, & improved health markers in so many aspects!). In the winter of 2024, after the New Year, I knew I needed to make a change in my health habits that would make a difference in my life. I would be turning 70 in February and retiring at the start of summer. I had an annual physical coming up and I needed to address my high cholesterol and somewhat high blood pressure. I was not exercising or eating healthy at all. Well, let me tell you - Energized Health turned all this around. I was committed to the protocol, and this was not easy at first, but I stayed with it. From zero to sixty (minutes) exercising early each morning before work to a whole new way of fueling my body. And at the end of Round 1, I was down over 30 pounds - achieving more than my goal. But EH is more than diet and exercise. Coach Lisa Blake was "awesome and amazing" each week she met with our group. She was always offering suggestions, sending text pictures of products she had tried and just very encouraging sharing her own journey. Her energy was off the charts!
