My body was falling apart, with failing knees, one hip replacement down and another needed soon, to top it off my spine was next on the list of soon to be surgeries. John and Chelsea have worked hard to put together an effective, healthy protocol complete with weekly coaching calls, and Tuesday night Q&A's along with daily motivational videos. I am so grateful for the constant and kind encouragement from my Coach Tom Marchesani; he was great! I've also made some wonderful friends with our group and we are planning to continue to support each other for the foreseeable future. Since mid August I've lost 28 pounds, and dropped two sizes with very little effort at all.
