Hi Deb, I'm sorry to hear that you are in such pain. We have different product ranges to suit different needs. The 3% range which you have purchased is for general health and wellbeing - it's for those wanting to give their endocannabinoid system a small boost The 15% (which is 5 x stronger than the 3%) and higher percentage products are created for more pressing health conditions like your own. It may be that the 3% just isn't a strong enough product to tackle your herniated disk. Many people that use the 15% oils for pain find it to be incredible helpful which is why I would be interested to know how much you have been taking of the 3%. Hi Jeff, I'm sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your product. We understand that our gum may be a little different to what you're used to with synthetic gums, but this is because we use completely natural ingredients, one being chicle gum native to south America. It is completely environmentally friendly, and breaks down after just days rather than years like with conventional (environmentally damaging) gum. You could always mix this CBD gum with another biodegradable gum you find in the store. This way you'll get the benefits of CBD in a gum, without the texture hindering your enjoyment of it. Hi Israel, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with shipping. unfortunately, the shipping cost is the best for the service that they provide. Using a service that is cheaper often results in shipping loss, damages, mistreatment of products, shipping to wrong addresses, you name it - So we have chosen a company that is reputable, and still isn't too expensive. Regarding the flavour, the Raw products tend to have more CBDa and other hemp components and have a more powerful flavour, as it has had less refinement, hence the strong flavour. We've had many customers quite enjoy a spoonful of honey or adding a few drops of food grade essential oils help with the flavour dramatically, while still producing their desired effects.
