Encore ResortReviews of encorereunion.com

This was an awesome place! The house was everything it was and more than what was posted! The resort and staff were great! Would definitely go back

We enjoyed our time at Reunion Encore Resort. The home was clean. There was a problem with a couple of the fans, but the service people fixed it immediately. Our pool and outside area was well kept. The only problem we had after that was the keypad on the door. It would lock at times and would not open. So if it were not for the fact that some one was still in the house, we would have had to have someone come to let us in. We started using the garage. Also when we rented a grill the first one that was brought was old, rusty and did not work. It did not look like something you would want to cook your food on. I was disappointed about the grill. . The grill, however, was taken back. One in better condition and cleaner was brought to us. Overall the house was nice, but the rooms were not what I expected. We did not have any bunkbeds. All the rooms had a single bed in them with the exception of one. It had two twin beds. We had young people whom should not and did not want to share a bed with someone. We wanted to put the four boys in one room and the three girls in another, but we could not because their were not enough beds. the game room was not what I expected. The pool table did not fit in the space it was placed in. It was if it was placed there just to say, "Here is the pool table you wanted". It was not the game room I was looking for. It was so tight in that small space that I was afraid to let them shoot pool. I just want to let you know you should really change your photos of the houses you rent out, especially if you are unable to fulfill special request. Overall we enjoyed the house and our time at Encore Resort. I gave the resort four stars because the problems were minor and really did not impact our fun. I would recommend the resort to others!

It is nice, quiet, easy access place.

Security needs to seem more interested when a call is made with a problem. This pertains to night shift. Would also appreciate railing into private pools for those Of us that need assistance and stability - no matter age of person. What to people do that have mobile disabilities .?

I LOVED THE PROPERTY EXCEPT THE STOVE DIDN'T WORK AND WE LEFT OUR PLAYSTATION @ THE CALLED BACK BEFORE THE NEXT GUESS CHECKED IN AND THEY SAY IT WASN'T THERE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BCZ IVE LEFT STUFF @ RESORT THAT AREN'T AS NICE AS ENCORE AND THEY PUT UP THE ITEMS UNTIL WE POCKED THEM UP, NOW I HAVE TO SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AGAIN FOR ANOTHER ONE. THIS WAS MY 3RD TIME STAYING HERE @ ENCORE BUT NOT SURE IF IM GOING TO STAY NOW FOR MY BIRTHDAY IN NOVEMBER BCZ OF THIS. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DON'T FORGET ANYTHING BCZ THEY HAVE STAFF MEMBERS WHO WILL PRETEND THEY WILL CALL OR SEND SOMEONE TO THE PROPERTY AND RETRIEVE YOUR PLAYSTATION AND YOU FIND OUT LATER SHE NEVER DID THAT BCZ SHE DIDN'T LOGIN OR LET ANYONE KNOW YOUR STUFF WAS LEFT IN THE HOUSE BEFORE NEXT GUESS CHECKED IN. I HOPE THEY FOLLOW UP ON THESE BAD EMPLOYEES OR SET THEM UP BY HAVING PPL LEAVE ITEMS TO CATCH WHO WORKS YHERE THAT ISN'T TRUSTWORTHY ..

The home was beautiful, the catered dinner we had delivered was excellent, the pool park was perfect and the meal at the resort was wonderful as well. Our only hesitation was the transportation to the parks. The limited time frames for return trips made our time more stressful. We certainly hope to return for another stay.

We love Encore Last year was our 2nd year staying there during the Holidays! 😊😊 I would highly recommend this resort!

A very nice place to stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We couldnt eat at the water park because the bug situation was out of control. We still had a great time and would stay there again!
