Do yourself a favor and purchase your nails supplies somewhere else. My order has been pending since early May. I knew that it was going to take a month, but we're almost in August. I spoke with a CS rep Friday and she said that my order would be mailed out that day... nope... still waiting. At this point, I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and just dispute the transaction w/my bank. With the number of complaints regarding the same issues, I'm surprised that a class-action lawsuit hasn't been started. I have purchased items from Kiara Sky, DND nails, Modelones, and items from AliExpress which I have received all my packages. I understand that things are taking longer than usual, however, when the owner of the company is mocking the customers that support his business and deleting comments on his Instagram page it just shows you what type of company that you are supporting. ***UPDATE*** I just received one of my orders which started w/115 placed on 5/12 after I submitted a complaint with the BBB. The number for customer service Phone: (520) 573-7142 which they are no longer advising what order numbers that they are working on. I'm still waiting for my 2nd order placed 5/26.

Buckle up, because this review is a doozy! I ordered my single item (the souffle cream gel, 30ml) on 5/13. I knew it would take awhile, since their long (and concerning) blurb after check out explained it could take up to 30 business days for my order to ship. So I patiently waited the 30 business days before reaching out. I got the same b.s. automated response everyone else got. I also noticed, while searching my order confirmation for contact info, that the ordered color was lady pink and not clear. Now, I checked my basket MULTIPLE times before and during check out, and I had selected clear. I immediately sent an email to the company letting them know it needed to be corrected. It took them 12 days to give me an actual response. 12 DAYS (not counted the auto response they sent, again). They basically stated that nothing was changed on their side, and they are currently out of stock of the clear. So I responded with additional questions, hoping to resolve the issue. I also noticed the price for the souffle gel had dropped dramatically (I paid $20 for 30ml, and it dropped to $5.99). I stated I wanted a refund for the price difference if I was charged for the price of clear (I think my choice was automatically changed to lady pink because clear was out of stock when I checked out) but am now going to receive lady pink. Their response? They shipped my order knowing it is incorrect. They did not ask if I would like to wait for clear to become available again, nothing. And the kicker? Clear souffle is available on their website as I type this review. I resorted to filing with the BBB when I did not receive a response months ago about my order. I guarantee this is the only reason it has been shipped at all! They do not care if the order is right or wrong. They want their money! I am beyond disgusted and appalled by how this "company" operates. The narcissistic moron that runs it should probably pull his head out and look around. Granted, this may be difficult considering all the fillers and surgeries he's had. Never again will I have anything to do with their products!!

Ok, I've ordered from them before with minor shipping issues. But I decided that I'd give them another chance. Worst mistake ever, I ordered on July 2, and still no package, it hasn't even shipped. Normally I would give a little leeway. Problem is I've ordered from Kira Sky, Nail Superstore and Nailco (nail wholesale Co). These companies have distribution centers all over America. I ordered most of these products AFTER my enailcouture order. Received them ALL. Suggestion, please for the love of God order from another dependable company. Don't accept the excuse it is who they use for their shipping. Crap Ups,FedEx,USPS, and even DHL All still shipping successfully. This company should take strong lessons on shipping and fix it's unreliability issues! I sent a email to enailcouture on 7/16/20 this is the response as of 7/25/20. Thank you for reaching out! Ordered on the 3rd of January 2020, they said item was shipped on the 19th of January 2020 , and here we are 23 July 2020 and still no package. Emailed them a few times and still only get a generic response and the latest was a delay due to Covid... I'm sorry, but if my order was shipped in January, what does that have to do with covid now as it was ordered before! Sent another email last week and they have yet to respond. Worst customer service. If you are looking for alternatives, buy Kiara Sky, it is a little more pricey BUT you actually get your products.

I ordered $92 worth of items on May 19! Instead of updating my information or sending my items I get this tired automated response email. It’s seeming like their whole operation is to get your order and your money but not send you your items. This is my second order. The first one was received late but albeit sent, so I trusted they would send the items of my second order in due time. What a joke company!!! All I can say is reputation is something you have to work with to maintain and so far this company is getting a very bad one!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY WITH AFTERPAY, SEZZLE, or KLARNA or by whatever else!!!! They will take your money!!!

Absolutely horrid! You will be lucky if you receive your order in 2 months. It’s nothing to do with COVID- their orders were backed up WELL before this and they make any excuse possible. He makes it seem like he’s giving his customers a deal and the prices are not cheap! It’s the same as competitors! Plus, half the time, his products come broken (after waiting for 2 months) and he refuses refunds or replacements. It’s a total joke. There’s multiple other beauty sites selling this ‘gel nail extension’ application at home. I’m using them in the future. Please do the same and avoid this garbage. Don’t believe me?! Check out the 70 plus % rating on this site claiming that enailcouture is horrible. Do your research and search the complaints against this company. The evidence is RIGHT there!

I’ll go ahead and say the cliche, “If I could give 0 stars, I would” on this one. I placed 3 orders, 2 on May 7th and 8th respectively, and a third on June 2nd. Well, after waiting almost 2 months, I get a phone call from the company stating that I had accidentally checked that I would be picking my 3rd order up at their business in Tuscan. I live in Cincinnati, and somehow didn’t make that mistake with my first 2 orders, so I’m not sure how that happened. None the less, the lady on the phone says they will be emailing me a link to PayPal them the $6.99 shipping fee, which I was totally fine with and did. That brings us to now. I received my first two orders (the cheaper 2 of the 3) yet the third one that I had to PayPal shipping charges for got sent to the COMPLETE WRONG ADDRESS! They sent it to my previous address which is still technically my billing address but upon checking, every single thing on the PayPal transaction for shipping and my initial order have my current address as the shipping address. So they left my package at an extremely unsecured building in a not so great neighborhood, and it’s gone. I called them and although the woman on the phone was super sweet, they told me that they could do absolutely nothing and that I should “Just dispute it” She also then tried to claim that they called me and couldn’t reach me so they left a message and when I told her that was absolutely not true and that when they called I answered and spoke to the woman about shipping. She then asked me to “prove it” and when I asked how I was supposed to prove that she just stuttered and said “I just-I don’t know, it’s out of our hands we can’t do anything. Dispute it.” I’m so sorry for the extremely long-winded review, but I am so beyond extremely upset. I want the products (sadly) not a refund from my card company. Oh and just as a last little aside, she did offer me a discount on my next order, so I guess that’s something. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 TL/DR-Just whatever you do, don’t spend your money with them. I know they’re pretty and alluring, but there are other options. Apres is just a little more money but the quality is phenomenal and shipping and customer service is tops.

I order my items back in May 2020 and still haven’t received my items. They send a generic email to everyone letting them know that they’re under a stay at home order. I just don’t understand why they won’t allow people to cancel their Orders. Waiting this long is unacceptable. This will be the last order placed with them. I will order from a company that cares for their customers and treat them with respect.
