The company is using the Covid pandemic as an excuse for their redic shipping time and crappy customer service... at the start if March the company was already stating due to Covid shipping would slow down ... however Arizona didn’t lock down till April ... they state you order will shipped in 3 to 4 business days ... then add a fast after processing ... in their redic long explanation that processing again due to Covid is taking 30+ business days So to add insult to injury... they then post all orders after March will not be allowed to be canceled ... I’m stuck with purchasing another brand for an event coming up and I feel I’m being forced to keep a product i now no longer need ... it’s true I can use the product in the future I just don’t like being treated so poorly ... when I called I was however told they could expedite my shipping and put my order to the top for an extra 31 bucks :( I was so excited to get the nails and I’m still here waiting ....

They delete any and all negative responses off their social media. I ordered my product June 16th, 2020. It’s been 3 months nearly and nothing. This company is the biggest joke. Even if it comes from out of country - covid is no longer an excuse, I still receive products from China in a timely manner (at most maybe 6 weeks but lately it’s been 4 week). Still 3 months out and nothing from enail... goofy dude busy posting to further lure people into his scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would never write a review but this company is a huge joke. Save your money and order from a professional company, or buy individually off AliExpress/amazon. If your business depended on their product, pff good luck. There’s a no refund policy, no cancellation and no email response. What does that tell you about a company? Horrible. Whoever writes a positive review are clearly in the severe minority for a reason.

I think i love the products but i cant tell because i did’nt get them. Is 8 weeks ago and Still i received Nothing. Its zo annoying to see Max Estrada live at instagram every day...and seeing him selling products every day while the people Who buy it Get Nothing, i suggest that Max is going to help pack our orders!!! ..

Sadly, I agree with the poor customer service and poor shipping reviews. This isnt my first order. More like my fifth or sixth and honestly, they have always been slow. But this last order is really taking long and with no email responses to my inquiries. They have fantastic products but its been about 10 weeks since my order. Ive reached out to my bank, but i would have preferred my products. I really like them. When you dont communicate with your customers you breach trust, so I cant trust that patiently waiting will mean Ill eventually receive what I ordered. Its very disappointing. As much as I like thier products I will not shop with them again. As a word of advise, if you cant ship products, dont sell them or partner with a company like Amazon and have someone else ship for you. Having a great product and poor reputation means you will eventually fail. It does not matter how good your product is, if people cant trust you then they wont shop from you.

Been waiting 2 months for my order and it still hasn’t even been processed let alone shipped. I love this companies products buts it’s not worth the terrible customer service and crappy processing/shipping time. So glad I didn’t spend hundreds this time meanwhile youtubers are still receiving their items🙄from in “PR”

If I could give them no stars I would. This is ridiculous, I wish I would have known about this site before I placed my order. I ordered $200+ of products and I still haven’t received anything. This owner and company is a joke. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Please save your money. I was so excited to purchase from this company. I ordered on July 8th not even the peak of the pandemic it was just beginning to slow down and it is now August 21 and I have not been updated on my order. I sent out an email on August 5th and got an automated message about the pandemic and how it’s making everything slow. Now although I do understand that the pandemic is making things slow I have received things from China faster than I have received these products and they’re based in the Us. Save you money please.

Been almost 2 months since I placed my order and still nothing. They don’t tell you until after payment that it takes up to 30 business days just to process and it’s been 30 for me and still nothing!!! They also stated no refunds and all sales final as they knew people would request a refund. I’m pretty sure not shipping items and not giving a refund is illegal and I’ll be looking into the matter. Do not buy from them!!! Young nails is a good company and worth a try as I went to them instead and got my order before this one.
