For all the people who were complaining about shipping, READ A LITTLE! From May to October (I believe) they sent out an email to all customers saying that there were back up orders. When I asked about the status if my order, I got an email back explaining that orders were backed up and mine should be going through the next week. Very professional. I LOVE their products! Everything I have gotten is high quality and a great price. It makes me mad when people leave bad reviews about small businesses when its a tough year and there are delays because of restrictions regarding the pandemic. I have TONS of their products, and love them all!!!

Just started doing nails and Placed my first 2 orders on Thursday and Friday and have already received both orders. Loving that it is based in Canada and Customer service was amazing and even refunded me for one shipping cost and lumped them together All the packaging is super cute and the product seems great also. Loving the cotton candy monomer. Easy to work with and doesn’t have such a harsh smell. I’m super excited to keep trying enail coutures products. I have absolutely nothing bad to say so far :)

I must have had excellent luck with customer service. Like everyone else my 1st order did take almost 3 months to get to me. I didn't get all pissy until we were approaching the 3 month mark. I had called the customer service number and spoke to someone on several occasions. The one time I call and had to leave a voice-mail, I was immediately sent a personalized email about the real status of my order. There is a customer service number. If you call, you'll talk to a person. How are these people talking about bad customer service if you've never talked to anyone?? The shipping is atrocious. I won't lie. Everywhere else is shipping within 10 business days. Max doesn't really have an excuse. I believe he knows this. Also, if you scroll down to shipping in the FAQ section, it does say 30 plus business days. I guess people neglected to take the time to read but whatever. While the shipping is really bad the products are top notch. You can leave a bad review without lying or slander. Thats a lawsuit waiting to happen. All in all, the wait time is the WORST. No excuses there. The customer service is excellent. I have since placed another order with full understanding that it'll take forever and I'm fine with that.

Covid shipping is long. And I know as I work for postal. Period. Stop bashing him. This is absurd, he has no control on any of it. It’s post offices world wide and planes not going. Stop it already

Yes it did take a long time from ordering to ship but once shipped it was to be with in days. I was missing an item but I wrote an email with pictures of what I received and my shipping slip. The next day I had an email saying the will not only send me my missing item but send it with my other order that was just placed and ship them out ASAP. Be patient they are doing everything they can to get to your orders and have amazing products and great company.

Great product and it seems simple enough but can be a bit tricky if you don't get the nail clips. Otherwise any mistakes are easly fixed with a nail file or electric filer. Came out super cute. Will order more colors.

I live in New Zealand and the products I've ordered arrived within a week. The products were easy to use and long lasting. I'm definitely a fan and will continue to use his products.
