I spent 200+ on an order on may 6 2020........still no order! Enough said! If I could give 0 stars I would! Once I finally get the products I ordered I'll write another review on the actual product, but as for receiving it in a timely manner.....👎👎👎👎👎

Complete trash when it comes to customer service! Max Estrada this is not the last you’ve heard of me! I will make sure you regret screwing over your customers. I have the time & money to spend. By far the most disgusting service I’ve ever encountered.

I have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive my order. I placed my order April 29th and it is now June 5th. Some people I have spoken too have been waiting for 8 weeks. There customer service sucks. They make sure you know that they are not responsible for anything ounce it leaves their facility and orders will not be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded, no matter what. I have never had a company do that ever. Any other company would always make customer service and satisfaction a priority. They keep blaming shipping taking so long on the number of orders and COVID-19, but There are way bigger companies than them with way more orders, I'm sure, that have not taken 4- 8 weeks to ship. I've ordered from these companies have not encountered any shipping delays. They have AfterPay which I tried to use and it charged my card for the full amount anyway. They would not even attempt to help me fix the issue. Just said it wasn't their problem that I'd have to contact AfterPay. I still have not received my products so I can't speak for them just my experience with customer service and shipping. I finally recieved my products after over 6 weeks. I was super excited to get them on my fingers!! I had seen a few reviews that said the nails were flimsy, bit I thought it was just because they were using the stilettos and filing too much off the side witch will weekend the integrity of the nail. Anyway, I applied EXACTLY how Max does in videos. Step by step, prepped nails, prep, primer, base, etched the nails, used press on gel, cured. Used the the coffin, which have really nice C-curve so they should be stronger. Looked great!! But not even a 24 hours later, I have already bent 3 nails. Not broke, but bent all the way. Just doing normal everyday stuff. 2 was just pulling up a pair of pants just drying off with a towel. These nails are very flexible. I'm am not empressed with them. The rest of the system seems good, but the nails need to be stronger. Kinda wish I could cancel my second order. But, hoping the ballerinas won't be so flimsy.

Since those people dont want to refund me for a order that have been canceled BY THEM a month ago and are not able to respond to me by sayin something else that what your order number wich i respond evry time and keep sendin me ad well i am going to warn evrybody about this brand wich is from far the wors i ever order from and by the way im from paris the are the worse !!!! a paypal refund don't take that long !!!! they are theft they are robber band organize !!!!!

I understand it’s a small business, but do better ! I placed an order 4/16 that wasn’t delivered until 5/16. I immediately contacted CS via email to inform a style sent was incorrect. I even offered a solution since I was still set for another delivery that hadn’t been shipped yet. Instead of sending the same product twice (that I received incorrectly 5/16), I asked to have the correct style sent on the pending order set for future delivery. No response was ever received. Sent pictures as per their website, and rules that’s incorrect orders should be reported within 4 day’s of the delivery date . It’s now 6/1 and I have sent now 4 emails and no response! Yet, a WEEK earlier when I inquired about pricing for expedited shipping, I was able to receive an almost $250 quote for the packages I was waiting on. They can try and pry more money out of you, but can’t own to their mistakes and treat the customer as if “oh well, we messed up, too late we have your money “ will never buy from here again and will make sure this is posted for review on my channel!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I place an order on April 27, 2020 and now it is May 29, 2020 THATS TWO DAYS OVER A MONTH. I have not received my order I have not received anything. My tracking app says that it has not even shipped. Called and all they could say was they are a smaller company and it’s going to take longer then normal. Well I’ve ordered things within that time frame from “smaller companies” and shipping and processing did not take this long. Absolutely disheartening and glad I know where my hard earned cash is going. Don’t be fooled by the cute packing and deals. Should have read the no refunds or returns or exchanges either. My order was not cheap I am appalled at this company.

Customer service is horrendous. They are rude. I got the wrong size in what I ordered and when I asked about it, they were horrible and didn’t care at all. ORDER FROM YOUNG NAILS INSTEAD SO MUCH BETTER
