Excellent comparatively with others. Customer service support must respond quickly to solve the issues.

The excellent use of AI in surveys and the types of questions are well thought out. User Interface is one of the best I have seen in years and shows that research is using AI in very effective ways. Looks like a solid start to a more efficient survey capability.

Hugely disappointing experience after I was referred to Emporia Research. Surveys were often terminated at the end (!) rather than based on information at the start. After spending 45 minutes doing a survey on software I answered "yes" to being contacted again - the final question - and then the survey terminated wasting all my responses. The two (count 'em) surveys that I have not been kicked out of were paid almost 2 weeks late after claiming despite the Reward Center asking me to return in 24-48 hours. There are better experiences than this.

Hi Martin, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Being terminated at the very end of a 45-minute survey is understandably frustrating and not the participant experience we want to see. The surveys and qualification logic are programmed by our research clients, so we don’t always have visibility into where they place screening questions. If you share the study details with [email protected], we’d be happy to review what happened and raise it with the research team. We also want to clarify the payment timing mentioned in your review. Emporia issues incentives approximately two weeks after successful study completion, so we’re not sure where the expectation of payment within 24–48 hours came from. If you saw messaging in our Reward Center stating otherwise, please send us a screenshot so we can investigate and correct it if necessary.

It was a pleasant experience; I was invited to participate in "IT Security & SOC Leaders" Interviews. Best Regards, --GK.

Questions are interesting, just hoping this contributes to something positively,

THIS IS A SCAM. I have reported these frauds and am starting a claim in Small Claims. I recommend everyone do the same. You don't get to lie to people and promise them $40 and then make up some BS reason as to why they weren't approved.
Response from Emporia ResearchSep 2, 2026
Hi Raven, we take concerns about unpaid incentives seriously. Emporia does not make up reasons to avoid paying participants. In some cases, responses are rejected by the research client based on eligibility or data-quality criteria, and we understand how frustrating that can be. We’d like to review your specific $40 study and the reason provided for the rejection. Please contact [email protected] with your full name, account email, and the study in question. If a response was rejected incorrectly, we’re happy to investigate and advocate on your behalf.

Before the started the statement said once I completed the survey would receive incentive immediately after, unfortunately was not true at the end of the survey then it states to 5 to 10 days to receive incentive.. but order to receive it you must link your LinkedIn account with them which seems kinda sketchy.. so 2 weeks later I still have not received any incentive just more misleading information now the company states it takes 12 days to receive incentive.. bottom line it's a 20% chance they'll pay you... This company revoked my incentive for my completed survey that I was qualified for.. because I informed them I was going to file a complaint..
Response from Emporia ResearchAug 12, 2024
Hi there - your incentive was revoked because our team identified that you hav been fraudulently participating in the same studies under several different email aliases, which is against our Participant's Terms of Service.
