I received a call not long after I placed my order to say that because of my office's proximity to the shipping location, rush shipping wouldn't be needed, and they adjusted my shipping costs. I just wanted to tell you all thank you! Last Thursday at 2:50 PM EST I placed an order for 2-day shipping. When I received the confirmation I as panicked because I had to have the product by Monday, the 18th for a bid we were placing. I immediately called up and spoke with someone in customer service. I asked her when our order would ship since I placed it so late in the day and there was no option for overnight shipping. She said that we were right on the cut off but she would do what she could to make sure our order shipped that Thursday. Monday morning I received the an e-mail stating our order had shipped, no tracking number and a generic you will receive your order in 2 business days. I thought I was sunk. I had full intentions to call and get our tracking number after our weekly staff meeting but much to my surprise our order was delivered while I was in the meeting! Thank you so much for helping me out on such short notice and getting me the product I needed in a timely manner!

While I thought the item and shipping were a little overpriced, I ordered on a Tuesday evening and received my package on a Thursday morning - you can't beat that! The item was exactly what I needed and fits my IKEA desk perfectly. Definitely worth the extra bucks!
