Ryan, Jen, and Mhira are amazing! They held our hand through every step of the process making it such a wonderful experience. We were hesitant at first to enter the SMS world but the transition to SMS/MMS was seamless.

Great platform, and amazing support. My experience with emotive is very positive. I have tried all other platforms and switched from Klayvio and Attentive and this is by far the best SMS platform out there.

Jen and Will have been super helpful with the entire process and I'm grateful that my business was contacted by this company because we have already began to see a return on our investment. If you are thinking about working with this company...don't walk, RUN and sign up now! they are amazing!!!

Wil and Jen were so helpful prior to starting the trial and throughout the entire trial period as well. They made sure to completely explain all kinds of guidelines and give a full rundown for anything I had questions on. They made the process extremely seamless and I had a great time working with them.

Emotive is really helpful on the onboarding side of things. They genuinely want you to succeed. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. So far so good! I hope I can grow my SMS list and get some more sales.

They charged me for a bunch of unsent campaigns - I lost thousands of revenue from their ability to not deliver on big sales and product launch days. Instead of apologies they are not refunding the money to me. Again no texts were sent, they are charging as though they were and not refunding me. It's been months of back and forth emails and thousands of dollars lost. _ GO ELSEWHERE - THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I’ve used several sms companies and the thing that sets Emotive apart is that we have a dedicated human being who cares about our success and works with us to create goals and continue to scale and use the platform to its best abilities. Emily, our customer success manager, is a delight and her insights are so helpful. Having a second person who helps us with copy is also hugely helpful. If we didn’t have this support team we would probably consider consolidating our sms with our email, so they are 100% the reason we use Emotive.

Currently dealing with their legal department. Hidden fees, automatic charges and unaccountable reporting. These guys are jokers. So many other providers that are not try to rip you off and charge extra fees and force you to stay with them when you try and cancel for over 4 months! No one is accountable here except for their “accounting department” that will threaten and harass you. Time for some class action folks.
