Excellent communication about what to expect each step of the way. Very clear instructions in advance on how to handle any issues with the furniture. All 5 pieces arrived in perfect condition. Justo Delivery was professional and competent. I would buy from Emma Mason again without hesitation.

The Burlwood dining room table I ordered is absolutely gorgeous. I had a few questions and concerns while waiting for my order. Every email I sent was answered promptly, Omar was top notch, he addressed my concerns about shipping and reassured me everything will be fine. He went above and beyond communicating with me.

Dishonest advertising. They say items are in stock, and gives a near arrival estimate then tell you it won’t be available until 2 months later, then shipping will take another 4-6 weeks. It’s such a waste of time.
