I had an excellent experience working with a gentleman by the name of Omar. From the moment I placed my furniture order, he handled everything step-by-step and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He stayed on top of every detail and kept me up-to-date right through delivery. Omar was professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated his communication and excellent customer service. A heartfelt thank you.

The follow up by customer service was excellent. It was my first time experience ordering from this company and all aspects of the process from order to delivery was great! I will order again as the need arises. Thank you so much.

My bedroom furniture finally arrived and I love it! The furniture is very high quality and the savings great versus a brick and mortar. Overall the experience was excellent. The communication was very timely and proactive to make sure we ordered what we intended in the correct sizes and understood the process. Lene and Mobi Ullah were my primary contacts and they were very responsive and proactive. I paid for white glove delivery and the service received was perfect. They arrived on time, everything was well packaged and protected, they put everything together and placed where I wanted it and hauled off all the trash. My only complaint was because we don’t live in a major city it took two weeks longer for the final delivery to the house. The furniture was shipped to Houston and then final mile delivery took a while to coordinate because they only delivered to our area every few weeks and there was not a lot of flexibility on days or times.

Delivery was great, stools are amazing and price was excellent! A +++

Great communication from start to finish. Emely kept me in the loop always and even made sure all was well after delivery!

Great experience!! So helpful and great follow through!!

Furniture company is great. Customer service is great. Furnishings quality fantastic. Loved dealing with company, H o w e v e r….. their delivery services were terrible. Said dlvry at 5:30 pm but forced to deliver at an inconvenient time (2pm)causing enormous stress bc no one home to receive the furniture. The dlvry person did nothing to assist. I had to ask a neighbor to stop what she was doing to open my house. It’s not my fault they were ahead of schedule and decided to make up your own delivery time. Unfortunately where I live there are limited dlvry resources. I would love to purchase more furniture from Emma Mason but afraid of similar dlvry situation.

Everything was great! Emely was on top of everything throughout the whole process ! 5 stars!
