I am a Lutheran pastor in Florida, and I recently placed an order for the Aspen Home Caraway Collection office furniture. Had to order it because our church was flooded and it destroyed all our furniture last October in the back-to-back hurricanes. I was given a great price and discounted assembly charge, and I was able to do it because of an extremely helpful sales rep named Cindy. HIGHLY recommend this agent gets a raise! She was patient and extremely helpful, answering all my questions and leaving me with a smile on my face.

I bought some items from emmamason. I was very pleased to find that they had a sale. I was informed that this delivery company would reach me to schedule my delivery. I scheduled the delivery with this entity. One day before the delivery, they cleared my delivery status and set it to "Delivery date has not been scheduled yet". That was a lie. The date had been set, they just changed it without giving me a reason. So I reached the delivery company, and they told me that my order was no longer active and that I needed to reach out to EmmaMason. So I reached them. Now, I'm informed that my items can be delivered three weeks later. This was my first time buying from EmmaMason, this will be my last time. I can accept an explanation (like, sorry due to unforeseen even your package will be delayed). Instead what I got is yeah, your order is no longer active. I'm still waiting for the items as we speak. At this point, I'm this close with canceling this order and getting the items from another store.

I recently placed an order on EmmaMason.com for a bedroom set, and the experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to Fiona. I encountered an issue with selecting the free White Glove Delivery option during checkout, and Fiona quickly stepped in to assist. She was highly responsive, professional, and ensured that my order was placed correctly, including applying the Memorial Day discount and upgrading my delivery to Platinum White Glove at a discounted rate. Fiona walked me through every step of the process, confirmed all the details, and made sure I received an immediate order confirmation. Fiona truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend EmmaMason.com because of service like this. Ask for Fiona—you’ll be in great hands!
