I purchased 3 sets of Pelican Reef pub sets and Samantha gave me an additional discount that other salesmen and distributors did not. She earned my business and I would recommend her to others. She contacted the manufacturer while I was on the line to verify the items were in stock before charging my credit card. She was absolutely fantastic!

Samantha took care of my order and reassured me by answering all my questions. I was a little intimidated ordering on-line but feel more confident. Thank you Samantha!

I placed a sizable order and Samantha handled this quite well. Then everything went wrong. The accounting team took forever to take my money out of the bank. Three weeks later, nothing has happened, and Emma Mason reaches back out to me for additional money due to the fact that, their shipping partner no longer delivers to my area.. So now I have to pay additional money in order to get my furniture. Now the accounting a team is once again having trouble. Yet suspiciously my bank says nobody has tried to take any money. I don’t know if we’re buying time, just not doing our job, or whatever it is, but there are certainly a lot of lying going on. I assure you it will be four weeks before they ever even ship my order. What started out as a decent experience immediately turned all wrong and has been bad ever since.
