I can not say enough good about the company and am so glad that I chose them to go with. The communication was amazing keeping me informed of each step along the way. Their strive toward excellence in all ways, inspections of furniture and checking on delivery and condition of furniture as well, was attained by all involved. I will use them again, if your undecided put your mind at ease, you can not go wrong choosing them. Thank you Emma Mason for my beautiful bedroom set!!

great service

Great experience overall! Product as described and shipped quickly. Arrived in perfect condition. Emely was quick to ensure everything went smoothly. Will do business with again.

Communication was excellent. The table is gorgeous and the packing was exceptional.

I ordered a piece of furniture in November of 2025. It was initially supposed to come in early spring. Spring became summer and summer became fall. I finally received a notice with an estimated delivery date of October 2026 only to have it pushed yet again to December. Each time, customer service blamed the manufacturer. I finally just cancelled the order. Ive now ordered the same piece from another online retailer and guess what? Its coming this week!!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Emma Mason! Absolutely AMAZING customer service. They were upfront about the wait time for shipping and made sure I was agreeable to that. It was well worth the wait! Sandree stayed in contact both by phone and email every step of the way including after delivery to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Great experience overall. Omar was helpful, responsive, and had good communication. Greg was helpful also.

Lourdes was so helpful made this the easiest furniture purchase I’ve ever made. The delivery was a great experience and the furniture was perfect just as described
