I ordered a desk about two and a half months ago. The delivery date was set and I waited all day at home for the desk to arrive. I moved my current desk out of my office to make room for the delivery. Around 6pm (about 3 hours after the scheduled delivery window) I received a call that the shipment needed to be reviewed first and they couldn’t deliver. It has now been 3 weeks and nothing from them. I’ve contacted them this morning and they have no idea when my desk will be ready for delivery.

This company was very easy to work with. They were attentive, responsive and professional. My furniture arrived without issue and the white glove delivery people were courteous, respectful and careful.

I ordered a dresser and chest of drawers from Emmamason a couple of months ago. They made it clear that there would be a delay due to low inventory; they kept me well informed as to the target ship date; and once shipped, the delivery date. The items arrived in perfect shape and are immaculate just as show on their website…The quality is outstanding! I will definitely be purchasing from Emmamason.com again!

I am very pleased with the two chairs that I ordered. The customer service was helpful and professional, from day one. The chairs are well constructed and beautiful ~ just what I hoped for.
