Samantha was so helpful and courteous. I had a lot of questions as I was ordering from out of state for delivery to a third state, and she was able to answer everything expeditiously. She also remembered me when I called a second time to place the order.

Very good service, answered all my questions.

Fiona provided excellent service!! I will definitely purchase from emmamason again!!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this console table from Emma Mason. Not only did they have the best price but the buying experience was a pleasure thanks to Fiona. She promptly answered all my questions and processed the order for me. I will definitely consider Emma Mason the next time I am looking for furniture.

I had a great experience working with Ariana. She was extremely patient and took the time to make sure I placed the right order. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Her helpful attitude and professionalism really stood out, and I truly appreciate her support. Thank you, Ariana, for going above and beyond!

I was having trouble with the website being slow and the coupon codes uploading, not sure if it was my phone but customer service via chat and on the phone was very helpful and not rushed. Sydney and Sean waited on the phone until I received the email confirmation even. Nice change from usual customer service you get.

Chat went very well. Answered my questions and I ordered.

Samantha was great. Great service
