My order came quickly and I was kept updated on the delivery schedule. Kevin and David came right and time and meticulously assembled my tv unit. They were very thorough. My item came in perfect condition and I’m very pleased.

Fair pricing, reasonable white glove delivery shipping. Must be prepared for long wait time for shipping, but if not in a hurry it’s worth the wait.

HI I just placed an order online and had several questions so not only was the chat helpful but I also called the number listed on their site and Greg was able to answer all of my questions. Greg was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I'm excited to receive my sofa which hopefully will be arriving in about a month.

My experience with ordering through DiningRoomsOutlet.com has been a great one so far! After calling multiple companies and weighing our options to purchase a dining room set, the choice was clear. Andrian provided top notch customer service and guided me through the whole ordering process... he knows how to help people with genuine care! I appreciated all of his amazing customer service! We are really excited to get our new set!

I was having difficulty finding an agency that would do full service white glove from online. Fiona found the product I was looking for, made the order as if I was visiting the store and even called me right away to make the purchasing easier on my end. Definitely the way customer service should be!
