Fast, product was a plug and play, quality parts. Instructions a little vague for the first time do it yourselfer. but figured it out got it installed and it works great.

Product was as described. Bought for a Christmas gift for my son’s Challenger. Easy plug and play and great price with fast delivery.

Shopping was easy. However I had many chat conversations where I asked many questions that I felt was pertinent to my purchase decision. The main reason that I purchased the backup camera kit for my 2015 Ford Explorer XLT was I was assured that it would give me Dynamic Guide Lines. This was not the case. The "Black Box" dip switches were not set as needed when I received the kit, every time I started it showed "Diagnostic" and reprogrammed. I spoke with tech support and was given the fix (set 2 dip switches) and it has worked since then without any issues. I am happy with my Backup Camera. but feel somewhat "cheated" since other companies have similar kits but cheaper. Reason I did not choose any of them was that they did not promise Dynamic Guide Lines. I asked for a discount since the kit did not preform as promised, but was told that they did not do that.

The entire process was amazing. I was able to message when I needed help with my purchase. Turns out I ordered the wrong system and Alex was able to send the right one for me. In addition to that he was able to answer our man questions regarding the installation. Even your tech support guy was amazing! The fact that they went above and beyond to help us is something we are grateful for. Thank you so much!!

Great customer support. I am in awe of the quick replies and help that I needed to install the device on BMW Series 3 2014 model. Shawn was super helpful. Love the carplay and back camera support added to my car now.

Bought my back up and front camera system w/CarPlay in March 2020. Here is it July 2020 and just now getting an appointment for installation at Best Buy. Thanks Covid-19. I can only speak to the customer service, product shipping and packaging. All of the above exceeded my expectations. I had several questions regarding a product for my Audi A4 integrated back up and front camera along with CarPlay. All my questions were answered promptly and clearly on a level I could comprehend. I can not speak on the quality of the products sold as I have not yet had them installed due to Best Buy being shut down due to Covid-19. Best Buy Geek Squad is fair in installation over say Car Toys or any other local shade tree installer. Emerald Integrations sells products designed for your vehicle and at a very good price compared to Car Toys. I don’t know why they have a low BB rating but they helped me and gave me a %10 discount as a first time customer. They did not pay me for this review but if they want to help me they can look up my info, Fisher; purchased Audi A4 system in Feb/March 2020. I will need future products from them and any Covid-19 discounts help. Y’all stay safe out there ya hear!

I am very happy with my purchase. I installed the system myself in a BMW X3 2013. Although it did take some time about 4 hours. I am disabled and needed to take a few breaks during the installation. It works as good as advertised. I bought the Back UP, Forward Facing Camera with a mirroring device that puts my phone screen on the information screen in the dash. I must add Sean was extremely helpful with the installation, I did have a couple of issues but when I spoke to Sean he was able to walk me through the final setup of the unit. I have had it in my BMW now for about 5 months and am EXTREMELY HAPPY with Emerald Integration
