I paid for a back-up camera for a BMW. 2-day shipping was paid for as well. It has been 5 days, and I just tracked the item. It hasn't even left their facility. I have called every phone number they have. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns emails. I have tried sales, support, and the janitor. So, if you like to pay for things, and not get them, use these guys. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Backup camera and Carplay for 2011 Porsche Cayenne. Very poor installation instructions, no response to my emails requesting info. Actual product seems okay, but very challenging to get it to work with the provided information. If your Cayenne has a Bose audio system, you will have to get creative with the optical wave guide connectors.

Recommend 100%!! We ordered the OEM backup camera for 2017 BMW X3. My husband (who is a mechanic) ran into some trouble trying to get it installed. Sean with Customer Support was awesome. I left a message. He not only called me back same day, but also had the right part shipped out within 24 hours. I will definitely be looking to them for any future needs!

I purchased the backup camera in Jan. 2023, terrible tech support. So returned the camera in Feb 2023, and still awaiting the refund in April 2023. Shortly after purchasing the camera, the credit card which I used was hack. Suspicious timing.
