Great design crew. Made my design pop. Made a shipping deadline that I really appreciate!

Glad we asked you for a review! We've shipped out nearly 100,000 items since we started almost 2 years ago... and sometimes they go missing. Sent you a note to confirm your shipping address and we'll get a replacement to you ASAP! Thanks! -Mike (the owner)

Didn’t end up going with this company. However there timeliness, attention to detail, and customer service were top quality.

Thanks Collin! I know that we've got some other unit gear in production for your brigade - We love to deliver the best, so come back when you're ready!

Good product, good price. Wasn’t impressed it arrived about 2 weeks late but it was extremely easy to communicate with them and they responded promptly. I’d order again.

Emblem created a high quality custom hawaiian shirt with a number of very unique and distinct images from my organization. Delivered a great product at a reasonable price even tho we had a low overall quantity.

Thanks Paul! We enjoyed the challenge! Some of our favorite products that we've made!

It took this business to almost 4 months to process our order. Then it took them another week to refund our money because it was getting ridiculous. We will never order from you again.

Hi! This is Mike the owner - we know custom gear can be frustrating, especially when things go wrong! - I remember your order and the shipping problems we had delivering to you. We had to remake your gear and we do our best to make things right! Despite the frustration, hope that you're still able to enjoy all of the gear!
David

My order was lost multiple times. At no point was I ever given a confirmation order number, updates on shipping, or that my order was ultimately lost and never even shipped. However, my card was charged. Three months went by with no word. When I realized that this item was never shipped I emailed the company and it took another 6 weeks to actually get the item delivered. Emblem apologized for the misstep, but all correspondence was over email, never allowed me to actually talk to them. Even after my first inquiry it took several additional followups since I wasn't receiving any updates on the shipment. Finally Hannah Webber at Emblem says they'll throw in some additional items for the convenience, but when when my order finally arrived, there was nothing there. I don't care about additional swag. I bought this apparel to help a non-profit, but for her to say that and it not be true is disingenuous and makes me think they are just paying lip service to my followups.

Hey Nick! Thank you for bringing us up to speed on this, as you can imagine some things slip through the cracks. We do our very best to make sure that this doesn't happen but every now and again something sneaks aways from us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are sorry for the mix-up and miss communication on our end. We apologize for the time it took to get things squared away and hope that you can still enjoy the gear! And thanks for supporting Ironbound, we love them and are super proud to make gear for such a good cause! -Hannah Weber
