Working with Matt was a very easy and thoroughly pleasurable experience. Purchased an Ogawa Touch massage chair. Slow delivery, but I picked it up locally to save delivery time even later. Chair was in three boxes and I assembled it myself. I wanted to see how everything worked. The air bags did not work and there was an strong odor of electrical over heating. After several calls to Ogawa and emassagechair, a tech came to my house to check out the chair. The factory did not connect the air hoses properly at the front of the chair, I had connected the hoses at the rear, which consisted of the back and the seat of the chair, but the connections at the front, which were not covered in the instructions, had not been made. The tech spotted the problem right away and after making the connections, the chair worked as designed. However, there is still an odor from the chair, although it is nowhere near as strong as it was before it was properly connected at the air lines. Perhaps it will eventually go away. I do like the chair as far as the massages go, and I feel better after using it.

I haven't had any problems thus far, and Emassagechair has been very easy to work with. 5 stars without a doubt.

I recently purchased the Osaki OS-Pro Maxim Massage Chair for my mother and she loves it. The L-track is definitely a necessity when looking for a complete massage chair and the Maxim delivered. Now that we have it for a couple of months, I felt that the feet roller has began to lose it power as compared to the first time when I was in the chair. The panel was easy to use but I think it is silly to power off every time you want to pause and return the chair to its neutral state. When you power on after a quick break, you have to go through all your settings again.

Called 888-360-9996 ext 808 2 days no answer or call back. Then call back and asked about my 5 year warranty and an addition back pad still waiting for call back. Still checking things out with chair itself. It looks good.
