I'm thoroughly delighted with my experience with emassagechair.com. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable. And the white glove delivery made the arrival and installation pain free. And then there is the daily, private massage... My back is very happy!

Supervisor never returned call as promised or inquired about whether or not I had received the white glove delivery. Not good customer service when they don't follow up on their promises.

I contacted emassagechairs through their online chat to inquire about a price match and had my answer within minutes. I ordered my chair right away and I’m thrilled by the ease of of our transaction.

I got the chair, I believe all companies are the same, just trying to sell the product, but emessagechair.com, doesn't only just sell products, but good products with a honest mind, and a decent price. However, I did run into some issues with my new chair, but were able to help me with it, I highly recommend emessagechair.com.
