After doing alot of research on different brands of massage chairs and alot of questions for Rhonda. She was knowledgeable on the products and helped me make my decision. Rhonda you're awesome girl!! I Ordered the Ogawa Masterdrive A1 in the beautiful Graphite/Expresso color!

Thank you for great customer service!!

This is my second massage chair purchase and I could not be more happy at the selection, price, immediate online help, and easy site navigation. I’m a customer for life!!

Good product knowledge about the chair. Clearly explained the options and features.. Explained specific features of the chair and asked proper questions to make sure the chair would match up with our needs. Confirmed the critical information for completing the sale, and didn't try to oversell us into something else. Thank you !

Rhonda was excellent ! Knowledgeable and friendly, she spent 30 minutes with me to get the right chair at the right price and was very very helpful. I would hire her for my firm. Give her a raise!

Very helpful and answered all my questions. Very respectful of my concerns and agreeable when I needed to cancel my order until I could get the delivery and set-up. I will be ordering again as soon as it is possible to have that again. Thank you for having such helpful caring staff.

As one of the frontliners, fighting against a vicious unseen enemy as a nurse in the midst of Covid19 chaos has been very stressful. This chair would definitely be the much much much needed gift of rest and relaxation for me. I just bought a chair with Rhondas great assistance! I am very happy! I’ve been dreaming of getting one! I can’t wait for it to arrive! Thank you very much!
