I ordered a manual for 1960’s Mini Cooper
I ordered a manual for 1960’s Mini Cooper, and the manual was available for download within an hour or so. I was looking for a manual that included a chapter on manual transmission overhaul, which this manual did not include. In the future, it would be useful if the description of the manual included a picture of the cover (or at least note about the publisher/author), a Table of Contents, and a page or two from the manual that shows how the procedures are performed.

Hey William, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We are pleased to hear that your manual was available to download quickly. We are sorry, however, that it did not include the transmission overhaul information you were looking for. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the product listings. Adding items such as a manual cover image, table of contents, and sample pages are excellent ideas that could help customers better understand exactly what is included before making a purchase. We will be sure to pass your feedback on to our product team for consideration. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Best, emanuals Team.

Emanual extra help is fantastic
I bought 2 manuals, one for my 2013 4-wheller and one for my 2003 GMC 2500HD order # EMAN1125942898907. The 4-wheller manual work fantastic with Adobe running it, however the GMC would not work at all with Adobe-wouldn't even load. Asked online for help. I got a quick reply. Because the GMC file was extremally huge they had me to try Oracle Virtual box. Took a while to get it loaded with several replies from Emanual but I got it working-thanks Emanual-I probably have 10 manuals from them over the last several years-vh

Excellent customer support.
Excellent customer support. I initially had problems running the Vauxhall GlobalTIS OVA and received an HTTP 500 error when starting the application. The support team replied quickly, provided a replacement OVA, and continued working with me until the issue was resolved. The solution was to use Oracle VirtualBox 6.1.44. It did not work for me with VirtualBox 7.2.10 or 6.1.50, but after installing VirtualBox 6.1.44 and importing the OVA again, GlobalTIS worked perfectly. I would recommend mentioning the recommended VirtualBox version in the installation instructions, as it would save future customers a lot of time troubleshooting. Thank you for the excellent support and for helping me get everything working. Order: 13010025059086

emanuals,com is a very professional…
emanuals, com is a very professional site and its specialists are responding quickly to all queries asked by the customers. I clicked first on a wrong car model and after talking with site specialists they asked me to specify details for my car like: - Fabrication Year - Engine Code - Cubic Capacity - Petrol / Diesel - VIN Code Second day after sending the above data I received a complete manual comprising detailed data for all the car parts. I advice all drivers which love to fix by themselves their car to procure the user manuals from emanual.com Constantin
