Got the washer manual fast
Bought the service manual for my washer and the download showed up in my email a couple minutes later. It matched my model number and I fixed the drain pump myself instead of paying for a service call.

If all else fails, read the directions. Lol
It started off with me trying to use the manual on my tablet. It was not doing what I expected (I.e. when you click on the blue highlighted text I expected it to go to that page). After being provided several different options I then became aware that a tablet wouldn't be able to make it happen. So, long story short, I installed it on my notebook and then everything started working the way I wanted it to. I had a senior moment. Things don't work too well with a loose nut behind the controls. Anyway, GREAT JOB GUYS! I really appreciate your patience and efforts to get me going. Thanks again, Wayne M.

Great customer service!!
Great customer service!!! I purchased two of the same manual. Totally my fault.. They offered to give me store credit for the same amount. Their website is easy to navigate with many great products to choose from.
