My experience has been the best I've had with any of these type of online stores. I've had many orders and the only problem that occurred was due to a glitch in the system which caused a delay in shipping. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because not only did they correct the problem and expedited my package, but they also threw in some free stuff which was amazing! So if someone reads this are wondering if they can trust Elyxr... GO FOR IT!!! You WILL NOT regret it. Special shout out to Tara! If she's not already, she should be employee of the year!

Customer service is great. I’ve had a couple of minor issues with orders over the past year, and Tara and the rest of the support team have always responded quickly and handled everything fairly. The shipping isn’t the fastest though.

Really great communication in a timely manner! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.. I had an issue and it was solved quickly. The Elyxr crew is Topnotch!! Not only do they have one of the largest varieties of items available, but they have super quick shipping (with tracking) and fantastic customer service!! I’ve had some issues with coupon codes, and they’ve were super quick to fix the issues. Im not one to leave reviews unless im really impressed! Im really impressed with this company. It's so hard to find good customer service anymore but they have hot it out of the park with their customer service. I got a response with in a few hours and it was on a holiday weekend and it wasn't just a standard "by the book" response. Next thing I was impressed with was the shipping. It was so fast. It was here b4 some other companies I've ordered from send me a your package has shipped email. And if course the product was amazing and packaged very well. Honestly Im one that reads the reviews but rarely writes one unless I feel i have something to write about!!! Great job guys! Keep up the good work. You've definitely won me over!!! Thank you!

This review is for my first order ever from this business. I have nothing but positive things to say. They have an immaculate and large array of items to choose from. Secondly, I was blown away regarding the shipping time. It was shipped out the exact same day the order was placed . And it ended up arriving two days later with a bonus gift inside. I will never shop anywhere else. Their products are extremely good quality just as advertised.

I order from here fairly often. I live in LA so my orders usually get to me in a day or two. My most recent order was missing a vape so I texted the help line and they got a new one shipped out the next day. Great service.
