First off, Liana Griffin is amazing at what she does. I was a little skeptical of taking the plunge at first considering I had never heard of Elvtr. I took some time to read reviews and to see if they were recognized on LinkedIn. My friend encouraged me to invest in myself and I’m so glad I chose to pursue my Instructional Design certificate from Elvtr. The relationships built and collaborative discourse with classmates made the course that much more enriching. I’m more confident in my skills and in the fact that I would like to continue transitioning into a career in Instructional Design. You are literally changing lives out here. Thank you!

My experience in the Women in Leadership course with Lilah Jones has been Phenomenal!! Lilah is an exceptional leader in her industry. She is relatable and gives excellent advice. It was great meeting so many other women in the course that shared some of the same experiences as me. It was helpful to hear how others overcame adversity in the workplace. I would recommend this course to any women that stives to be a leader in the workplace or just life in general.

At first, I thought Elvtr was a scam because I saw the ad on Instagram. But I ended up taking their DEI course, and it was excellent. The instructor was great, and I liked the format. We had online instruction and case studies. We also received a ton of relevant resources. The only thing I didn't like was the excessive number of assignments. I would definitely take a course with them again.

I took the Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion course. The instructor, Diya Khanna, was very knowledgable in DEI concepts and very experienced in putting those concepts to use. For those who are very new to the subject, ELVTR and the instructor created a great introduction to the work and exposure to other professionals (there was a choice to join breakout rooms every session). As someone who is not entry level (but not senior), I leaned on case studies and resources provided mainly by the instructor, but also by fellow classmates. This course would have received 5 stars, but some personal pain points: the instructor is on the west coast of the U.S., and I'm on the east - therefore, the start & end times were later than I would have preferred (and I often chose not to remain on zoom for extended discussion because it was nearing 10pm for me). Assignments don't quite line up to each session, and after the course ends, there were still assignments to submit (also not ideal). I also felt personally overwhelmed by using both Google Classroom and Discord, and would have preferred to stick to one channel. Aside from these things, I enjoyed the course and would recommend the course and ELVTR in general to colleagues and anyone interested.

Very informative and useful. Learned a lot info and will help in my analytics work.

Despite, I was not able to follow up the intensity of the course due to my work, I really appreciate our teacher skills to communicate all his knowledge around Python and all material provided to accomplish all our assingment. I will re-take this course in near future again. Thansk Rajah and Elvtr.

This was a great course, all around. Professor was very knowledgeable and passionate. Lots of positive energy from everyone. Break out rooms very beneficial to sharing ideas and networking.

Course was fantastic, I learned a ton of useful info and insights that I could apply immediately.
