Farther than most
The staff was very positive and skilled at the profession.
The issue is that the mechanics of the teaching style are lecture rather than training.
A person must be consistent for months to gain Mastery of a skill and troubleshoot an issue when one is stuck. The User Experience makes it so that the user would be unsure if he is ready or able to do the work. Then the feedback for the work would be not frequent as the person waits for the feedback. Once the user gets the feedback, it would be bad feedback from his peer or final feedback from the grader.
It encourages learned helplessness and the perfectionist mindset. A mindset that makes the user too scared to make mistakes from a fear of judgment or a mindset that the system will hurt the person if he is different.
We both know that the current resources would make it very hard to give personal time to users who want help and harder for people who don't.
In video games, we would design a test of all the user would know about the subject and set the difficulty of each exercise for each user in correct intervals with rewards and positive encouragement. We can't do that.
So, I recommend that we challenge them to do all the assignments before starting the class to show where the user stands to set their expectations. Show them a training schedule that they can do themselves and give positive reinforcement (rewards) when they complete a task. Tasks should change from person to person based on the user's skill. Grading should not as important as the consistent habits they need after the class. I recommend that alumni can comeback as a reward for their work to encourage growth and community in this system.

Pushes you to a sales call - no mention of cost
Avoids mentioning price on website to instead move your through a webform that forces a sales call. The course (rightfully) isn't free.
If these calls were to ensure the course was the right "fit" for the end user - you'd give the end-user an opportunity to decide price "fit" right away like every other online course. These tactics make the courses and the platform seem untrustworthy. Disclose price upfront like every other course - you'll decrease getting leads but you'll increase call conversions with better converting leads... you should probably take a course on this.

Hi Marc, we appreciate your interest in our courses. Pricing can vary depending on factors such as timing, availability, and potential discounts. That’s why we prefer to engage in personalized conversations with potential students to discuss price options and to ensure that our courses align with their needs and goals. We understand that transparency is crucial and will certainly take your suggestion about upfront pricing into consideration. Thank you for your insights! 😊

40 min hard SALES PITCH of courses on phone after enquiring about a course
I enquired about a course in Creative Direction. They asked me to choose a timeslot of 10 minutes for someone to phone me to answer questions about the course, so I picked one on 3 Jan 2025. My number one question was price, because it is not shown on the website. From the moment the call started, it was fast paced from the other side, it was a serious sales call - a pitch to sell the course.... which went on for 40 minutes (NOT TEN MINUTES!!!). I finally had the opportunity to get a word in, to say I had to get off the phone, after 40 minutes, because I was now late for my other appointments. The call was meant to be 10 minutes - this was obviously a way to get you on the phone - because the call will be a 45-60 minute call, with a very very hard sell at the end to get you to commit and pay for it. When after 40 minutes, I was finally told the price, I was shocked - it is £1520!! which they would discount to £1035 and there was a very strong effort to try to get me to commit to a payment plan even. So, I was very annoyed that they misled me by asking for a 10 minute phone call - when actually it is up to an hour and it is a VERY hard sell of their course. There was no chance to get a word in until the end when I was losing the will to live, and I interrupted to directly ask the price.
So, if you're a busy person, do not fall for the request for a "10 minute" phone call "to answer your questions". It's purely a sales pitch.
To the company elvtr - please be transparent and put the price on the website to save everyone and yourselves some time. A 10 minute call should be 10 minutes! Price should be provided right at the start! Transparency builds trust. Misleading people doesn't sell courses.

Motorsports Marketing and Partnerships Course
I did the Motorsports Marketing and Partnerships course and had an excellent experience with the instructor, cohort, and course materials. I come from a sports and business background, but this course provided a different perspective for me that I know will benefit me in my professional development towards working in the professional sports realm. I couldn't recommend this course more if I wanted to, so I think if anyone wants to pursue it, they should do it because it was worth every dollar in my opinion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A Game-Changer for Motorsport Professionals
The Motorsports Marketing & Partnerships course by ELVTR has exceeded my expectations in every way. The structure is excellent, with a balance of theory, real-world case studies, and actionable insights. Guido Hakkenberg and the guest speakers are industry leaders who share invaluable knowledge you won't find elsewhere.
As someone with 18 years of experience in racing and a deep interest in partnerships and sponsorship, this course has not only reinforced my existing knowledge but also introduced me to innovative strategies that are already helping me grow my team, We Racing.
The interactive sessions allow for great engagement, and the assignments push you to think critically about your own team or projects. By the fourth lesson, I was already applying what I’d learned to real-world scenarios.
If you're serious about motorsport marketing or want to take your team's sponsorship game to the next level, I highly recommend this course.
Thank you, ELVTR, for creating such a high-quality programme!

Not very professional behaviour.
Not sure what the course is like but I had a call scheduled to discuss applying for the course and they left me waiting at the scheduled time, didn’t bother to text, email or let me know they couldn’t make it and didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to my message asking if they were actually going to keep our appointment. Not a good sign of the commitment or professionalism to come once actually on the course. Disappointing. Be careful as I doubt they would respond to feedback or help requests once you have paid your money.
In response to your reply, you clearly don’t communicate with each other! That was a call on Thursday with just basic information regarding the course. You then scheduled a more in depth call to sign me up on the Saturday which is the one you didn’t keep. I’ve had a response saying the guy had a family issue so he has confirmed missing the call but someone only bothered to let me know that after I had left this review otherwise I doubt I would have ever heard from you! So please don’t mislead people saying you rescheduled the call because you did not, you just didn’t bother to keep the scheduled appointment, or notify me that you weren’t going to, or apologise for not doing so, until I left this review. Just very unprofessional and your lack of apology here just adds insult to injury!
Really glad I didn’t do the course now. Your lack of concern or accepting responsibility for missing our call and keeping me waiting for an hour for you to call as promised has confirmed that you are not a company I want to deal with. Good luck with everything but I hope people read this before deciding to hand over a large amount of money to you.
