Excellent customer service!…
I ordered a necklace and earrings from Elova and thought I received the wrong tracking info. I emailed customer support and a lovely agent named Nienke responded immediately and helped me see that my package already arrived! I LOVE the jewelry, really good quality and the customer service was top notch!!

Flase advertising.
The necklace is very beautiful and has a nice heavy weight to it. My dissatisfaction with my purchase is that, the bar/clasp does not lay flat or straight in real life like it does in all the advertisements. If you look closely at the advertisement photos, it looks like it is soldered in place. No matter how I insert the bar in the clasp hole, it will not lay flat. To me, this is purely false advertising. SC.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was not pleased with the merchandise, it was nice but not what I had expected. I contacted Customer Service and they were awesome! Quickly responded to my concern, I returned the merchandise and issued a refund! Can’t praise them enough!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My experience didn’t start out great
My experience didn’t start out great, only because delivery got hung up. Once I emailed ELOVA they, or I should say Nienke kept in contact with me, didn’t leave me hanging. I was so thankful for that because you don’t know who you are dealing with. When I received my order I absolutely love it. The Turquoise Bead Pearl Necklace is pretty and fun to wear. Thanks again.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. What I ordered looks gold tone in the ad.But when you get it, it's very brassy looking. I have emailed customer service four times and I have yet to hear back about how to do a return to get a refund. Poor quality and customer service non existent.
