I saw an ad on Facebook for the Turquoise Bead Necklace and thought how much my daughter in law would love it, especially after researching Amazonite beads and learning of their healing powers. Once received I loved the workmanship, had another look at your website and ordered myself a bracelet and a ring along with an amethyst bracelet for my god daughter. You made shopping for a couple of Christmas gifts easy, fun and rewarding. Wonderful products, keep up the terrific work!

I purchased two necklaces, had one sent to my sister. Arrived in two weeks. Neither look like the ad. Beads look like they are all dyed a light green, not much variety, no white or turquoise color. Not at all as pretty as the one advertised. I left photos and comments on their Facebook ad and it was not posted. I would not recommend.

I received the Turquoise Bead Pearl necklace and it made me so happy. Just perfect for summer wear and it’s very comfortable. It’s good quality and the color goes with just about everything. While speaking with customer service, they were very kind and accommodating so I will order from them again. A pleasant experience and secure, quick shipping. Thank you Elova! Debra

Great customer service with Nienke. I ordered the wrong necklace. Contacted Nienke, options were offered. I chose to return the necklace as soon as I supplied the tracking number the credit was issued. Now I am waiting for the right necklace :) When you receive prompt replies with realistic options this is what keeps customers returning. Thank you Nienke :)

I am so happy with this purchase! There was a small problem with it when I first received it so I reached out customer service and was impressed when they responded very quickly. They listened to me and were able to send a replacement which arrived today and is perfect. I truly appreciate a company that responds to customer concerns and provides exceptional customer service.

Disappointing. I expected it to look like the photos ... more blue ... it is mostly a green/aquamarine and the 3 beige/brown beads are oddly placed -- no symmetry, which given that there are only 3 it would have been far better had they been placed more thoughtfully I won't be able to wear it with the dress I planned to wear it with.

I ordered a necklace. The stones and quality were excellent. The turquoise color range on the stones were stunning. When I ordered it I didn't think to look at the length. On my neck it was more like a chocker. I asked if I could return and also if the had a longer length. These folks not only sent me a replacement 2 inches longer, they let me keep the original necklace. Customer service went over and beyond to make me happy. I will definitely order from them again!

I found that Elova's customer service and communication is excellent. I had a concern about the necklace I purchased and I had prompt response and another necklace was sent at no expense to me. It is lovely and I'll enjoy wearing it! ~ Cynthia
