Incredible customer service
Their customer service is unbelievably excellent! I thought that the beautiful necklace felt too short so they sent me a longer one right away, no charge, not even shipping, and said I could keep the first one. I have given the first one away to someone who needed a treat and she was thrilled. Thank you! ♥️

Never received the product
Never received the product. All of the positive comments on here are bogus. They probably pay people to make positive comments. This is a Chinese fraud company. Beware.

I thought I ordered the silver but…
I thought I ordered the silver but something happened and the gold was delivered. This company sent the silver right away. The necklace is beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it for my special occasion l. Because of the great customer service I received I would highly recommend this company! I ordered a necklace that allow it was…
I ordered a necklace that although it was beautiful and well made was not my style and I chose to return it and buy another Elova necklace. I have sent several emails about how to return and what address to send the necklace with NO response. I am very disappointed with the email customer service. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AS OF 7/29/26.

The necklace arrived in pieces.
To begin with, the plastic bag the necklace arrived in was flimsy. When I opened the package, all the beads from the necklace fell out. I would like a refund.
