No help with a return of my recent purchase! I either have to pay for the return to get a refund or they offer a pittance of $20 to drop my claim. This was my second purchase. First one is beautiful the second is way too small and the charm is cheap and flimsy . To top it off the clasp has little chain attached so it is nearly impossible to close’ not a happy girl🥹

The necklace I purchased appeared in the photos to have symmetric pearls. I received one that was not as pictured. I bought it as a gift. Very disappointed.

I purchased the freshwater pearl necklace specifically because side by f the clasp and pendant feature, as shown in the photo. It does not clasp properly and instead awkwardly hangs sideways. It’s a pretty necklace but again the pendant feature is why I bought it. It has to be worn with the clasp in the back.

I ordered this necklace based on Facebook ads that showed a beautiful turquoise type color bead. I received the necklace and the beads were all green toned and the beads themselves look cheap. I don’t usually complain but i was disappointed in this purchase
