I just received my first order from Elova. The turquoise necklaces I got look cheap and nothing like the pictures. The color of the stones is different, the pearls are tiny compared to those in the website pictures. To say the images are deceiving is an understatement. I also got the rectangular pearl earrings that look really cheap. There is no place in their website to return your order, so I have emailed support. We will see how they do. Update: Customer service responded quickly and offered me money if I kept the pieces, and sent me the address to return my purchase if I didn't want to keep them. I did have to pay to return them but at least it was quick and painless so I updated my rating to two stars.

This company has beautiful products and stands behind them. I contacted Customer Service after I received my necklace and noticed a flaw in the construction. I included pictures and expressed my disappointment. They promptly answered my email and agreed that the necklace was not up to their high standards. They immediately sent a replacement. I had previously ordered a different necklace and loved it so much it prompted me to order another. With the replacement of the flawed necklace I now own two beautiful necklaces from this company. It's great (and rare) to have wonderful Customer Service these days! I will not hesitate to order again.

I ordered the pearl necklace and pearl earrings. The necklace was bigger than I anticipated so I returned that item. The return process was super easy. Fast responses from emails and a credit processed upon proof of shipping. I’ll definitely order from Elova again.

Love my necklace. I accidentally swam in the sea with it, and it was fine. Customer service and communication was excellent. I was updated regularly on the progress and delivery of the order.

On top of that I got the beautiful pearl earrings and it’s a beautiful set. The customer service husband, very sweet and attentive and respectful. Recently purchased the toggle, turquoise necklace and loved it. Purchased a diff style and unfortunately it was too tight around my neck and needed to be returned. Customer service was exceptional and prompt with very clear directions. I give this company an A+ for service and will certainly purchase from them again.
