I was so impressed with ELOVA recently. I had ordered a pearl necklace, which was quite beautiful, but when it arrived it was too big for me in terms of length. I contacted the company as to how to make a return and was told as soon as ELOVA saw that it had been shipped I would get a refund. To my surprise, I mailed it on September the 8th and got a full refund on the 9th. I was very, very impressed! Thank you ELOVA! Great customer service.
