The necklace is well made and the beads are beautiful .. I am disappointed in the gold clasp .. it is a different shade of gold, that looks cheap.. not what I expected .

There was very little communication about the delivery of the necklace. The shipment got stuck where the label was putt on. I was always wondering when the shipment would arrive. The hyperlinks in the emails did not work. No communication as to how to get a status. Email communication was good. Lack of support phone number to get answers. The pearl at the end of the necklace was smaller than expected and smaller than what was shown in the online image.

I found the photo of the necklace on the website to be a bit misleading with respect to size of the ‘pearl-like charm’. The chain and the ‘pearl’ were much smaller than appeared on the site. I will not order from this site again for this reason. That said, this did not happen with another purchase necklace & bracelet purchase. I appreciate the quality, the fact that the products can be worn in the water. I haven’t worn them long enough to test whether or not they withstand tarnishing.
