Poor quality
I received my necklace and the gold detailing was tarnished and brassy, which is in stark contrast to your advertising. I paid over $80 for this necklace which is very bad value considering the product.

Easy & Respectful Returns Process.
I actually chose to return the 4 products I bought from ELOVA. I was very pleasantly surprised by the helpful support to do this without challenge, persuasion or difficulty. The service I received was prompt, efficient, polite and made the whole process so easy. Thank you.
